The County Clerk’s office records information on all class A and B misdemeanor offenses like DWIs, thefts and assaults and Class C misdemeanors appealed from a lower court.  It also provides administrative support to the Garza County Court through the issuance of warrants, summons, subpoenas, commitments and more.
